• Does this support my phone?
• It supports all phones with the Wireless Charging feature.
• Will it charge though and fit my phone case?
  
• This is a pretty cool phone holder and it's designed to support cases up to 8mm thick. As a reference, the Otter Box is 2.2mm thick.
• What if I have an older phone?
  
• Some older phones do not support wireless charging and we thought about that too. You can still enjoy its auto-convenience while your phone is plugged in.
• Does this support CarPlay/Android Auto?
• Yes, it's a great addition to both Car Play and Android Auto.
• Remove the protective film on the charger.
• When you first open the box, this part is easy to glance over. Protecting the colored charging plate is a thin layer of latex. To remove it, gently scratch it. Then, begin to peel it off. Its only purpose is to protect the plate until it arrives to its new home.
• How do I open the arms to get my phone?
• To secure your phone, the motion & infra-red sensors are disabled. Don't worry though, a touch sensor is located on the back side of the device, near the top center. Tap it and the arms open up.
