SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. Order are shipped by the USPS. Once an order is shipped, we send an email notification.

Shipping within the US

  • USPS Ground: This is a free shipping service for customers within the United States. Typically, these arrive within 7-14 days and are guaranteed by the USPS to arrive within 15 days.
    Please note: Choosing USPS Ground service will not provide a tracking number.
  • USPS First Class: This service is for customers within the United States. Typically, these arrive within 5-9 days. Choosing USPS First Class will provide a tracking number.
  • USPS Priority: This service is for customer within the United States. Typically these orders arrive within 3 days. Choosing USPS Priority will provide a tracking number.
  • USPS International First Class Package: This service is for all customers outside the United States. Depending on the country the order is being delivered to, it may take up to 30 days for arrival. However, based on customer reviews, it's typically 9-15 days.

Wild Gadgets continues to deliver packages around the world, where permitted.

As always, our highest priority is to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and service providers while meeting our commitments. Although the United States Postal Service is designate an essential service for the nation and is an integral part of the federal response to this COVID-19 crisis, it may experience service delays in specific regions throughout the US.
